The first question we asked was "What made you want to join CEO?"; she responded with "What made me want to join CEO was having numerous friends in previous CEO classes that told me I would be a great fit for the class! With my dad also owning a small business it inspired me to want to learn more about other local small businesses!" Question number two was "What are you wanting to get out of being in CEO?"; she answered it with "What I hope to get out from CEO are the do's a dont's of being a business owner. In my future career I plan on taking over my dad’s business and building a larger name." Question number three was "How are you going to persevere when your project meets a rough spot?"; Olivia replied with "As the CEO of our class business project I plan on being able to hold people accountable and hold group discussions and meetings with those figuring out how to resolve the issue." "What is one thing you're wanting to work on personally?" was the fourth question she answered with "One thing I'm wanting to work on personally is building my network. Being involved in the pageants created a network with experienced and hardworking business owners!" The fifth question was "How do you think CEO is going to help you with your future goals?" Olivia said "How I think CEO is going to help with my future goals is letting me hear from guest speakers who talk about not only their success but their failures. Learning from those failures is what lets you reach your future goals. I think it will allow me to feel more inspired with I fail." "What type of opportunities are you wanting CEO to provide for you?" she replied with "I'm wanting CEO to provide opportunities of partnering with larger businesses and getting to know the faces behind the logos." And the final question that I asked Olivia was "Do you believe that the things you will learn in this class you will be able to take on and use in the future? Why?" she said that she "Does believe what I am learning in this class will help me for my future. I plan to go to college for some sort of business degree and being able to get the introduction; I believe will truly help me set me apart from others!" As you can Olivia has learned so much already and is ready and excited to learn more in this upcoming year!
